About Dr. Casiano
Dr. Casiano is a double board-certified physician in family medicine and interventional pain management. He is currently practicing in pain management with a focus on spinal interventions. He is passionate about providing patient-centered, holistic care that combines his expertise in academia and his commitment to positive patient outcomes.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree. After completing his residency at Belvoir Community Hospital, Dr. Casiano served in the U.S. Army for several years.

As a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Pain Society, Dr. Casiano is dedicated to providing his patients with the best possible care and keeping up with ongoing medical advancements.
Dr. Casiano specializes in the Intracept Procedure which is a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure for patients with vertebrogenic pain. The procedure targets a specific nerve within the vertebra called the basivertebral nerve and has been shown to improve function and relieve pain long-term.
