Carmen Caldwell, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (AANC). She began her career in healthcare 13 years ago and her nursing background includes medical/surgical, pediatrics, hematology/oncology, and pain management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from University of West Georgia in 2013 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Columbus State University in 2025.

Throughout her career, Carmen has been recognized for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and dedication to helping individuals improve their overall quality of life. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes effective pain management begins with listening, education, and individualized care. Her diverse nursing background has helped shape her ability to care for patients with empathy, understanding, and attention to each patient’s unique goals and challenges. Carmen strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment plans.

Carmen is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is BLS and ACLS certified. Carmen is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she serves.
